This policy is designed for a California-based service business that coordinates original-artwork placements, returns, swaps, messaging, and related payments.

This Privacy Policy explains how Parlo collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit our website, create an account, browse artwork, build mockups, request placements, coordinate returns or swaps, message other users, or otherwise use the service.
Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and browser, from transactions and workflow activity inside Parlo, and from service providers that support authentication, payments, storage, and communications.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to operate Parlo, authenticate users, present artwork and mockups, process requests and payments, support artist payouts, coordinate logistics, send transactional messages, maintain security, investigate misuse, comply with law, and improve the service.
How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information only where needed to run the platform, complete a requested transaction or workflow, support vendors acting on our behalf, protect rights and safety, or comply with legal obligations.
Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
Parlo uses cookies and similar technologies for session management, authentication support, rate limiting, and service analytics. These technologies help keep the site secure and let us understand how the product is used. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, keep transaction and payout records, maintain security and audit logs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or tax obligations. Retention periods can vary by data type and workflow status.
Security

Parlo is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 for consumer use of the service.

Categories of Disclosures
Service providers
We use third-party service providers that help us host and operate the platform, support authentication and account access, process payments and payouts, deliver transactional communications, analyze product usage, and store uploaded media.
Other Parlo users
When a placement, swap, return, or message workflow requires it, artists, designers, clients, and administrators may see the information needed to complete that workflow, such as names, messages, artwork details, and shipping-related contact information.
Professional advisors and authorities
We may disclose information to legal, compliance, insurance, accounting, or law-enforcement recipients when required or reasonably necessary to enforce terms, resolve disputes, protect safety, or comply with law.
Corporate transaction counterparties
If Parlo is involved in a financing, acquisition, merger, asset transfer, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed subject to customary confidentiality and legal safeguards.

Sale or Sharing Under California Law
Parlo does not currently sell personal information for money. Based on the service as it exists today, we also do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this page and provide any additional notices or choices required by California law.
